Philip Foster Farm:
Philip Foster, one of Oregon's earliest pioneers, was a leader in the establishment of Oregon. His farm and home in Eagle Creek played an important part in the history of the Barlow Road.

From April through October schoolchildren engage in activities that were part of the daily life of Oregon's earliest settlers. Summer fun and events for the general public kick off in May with our Mother's Day Brunch and end in December with A Country Christmas. Tours of the farm and hands-on pioneer activities are available for the whole family all summer.

This beautiful historic site is available to everyone for picnics, weddings, reunions, private parties and other celebrations and events.

Mount Hood National Forest
Camping, picnicking, golfing, horseback riding, blackberry picking (July-August), fishing, and...

Wildwood Recreation Area
Beautiful wetland areas to hike or stroll around, underwater stream profile viewing chamber, river access, and a group/education shelter. Off Hwy 26.

Multnomah Falls
(Off of Hwy 84, head East from Portland.)
Multnomah Falls is the second-tallest year-round waterfall in the nation. The water of the Falls drops 620 feet from its origin on Larch Mountain.
The hike to the top of the falls is not for the faint hearted, but it's a beautiful view from the top!
